How many of our team members can we put onto a course?

Anything from 5 to 6 people up to 12 for most courses, we do have up to 16 for our Retail Challenge Series courses as they have two facilitators.

We don’t have a big team, do you have any courses open to the public?

Yes, throughout the year we run our two most popular courses in Sydney and Melbourne. Tickets are available through Eventbrite.   We also have a number of great courses available online. Checkout the Retail Academy.

Apart from the courses listed, do you do any others?

Yes, we can develop a completely bespoke course from scratch or we can tailor one of our existing courses.  This is particularly important for process or systems implementation.

How long do I have access to an online course for?

Access to all course materials is for a 6-month period, but this can be extended for an additional charge.

How can I buy a user licence for the online courses?

Simply click on ‘Shop Online Courses‘ and you can purchase a user licence using your debit/credit card or PayPal.  You will then be sent a username and password to access your chosen course.

Do you offer discount if I buy more than one course or if there are multiple users?

Yes, if you are looking to enrol two or more users, or you wish to buy more than one course, simply email us on info@numensa.com.au telling us your requirements and we will send you an invoice with your discount applied.

What devices can I use to access the courses?

You can access them from your laptop, tablet or smart phone and from anywhere that you have an internet connection.

What if I get stuck, is there any support?

Yes, you can email the Retail Academy team and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

Upon completion of a course, do I get a certificate?

Yes, once you have successfully completed the course, you can download your certificate.

We are a small independent retailer,  can you help us?

Yes, we have some specialised services for smaller independent retailers to help them  to make better planning and buying decisions, get the best return on their space and ultimately to be more profitable.

We don’t currently have merchandise planning embedded in our business, is this something you can help us with?

Yes, we have a number of experienced merchandise planning consultants with overseas as well as Australian experience.
