Our technical skills training is specially developed by retailers for retailers using a global best practice approach. Set around two fictional retailers, one fashion and one grocery, with a focus on the product lifecycle, our courses will engage and inspire you to take a proactive approach to running your own product area.
Who is the Academy for?
People who want to be great retailers…
Most of our courses are aimed at junior members of retail merchandise teams. You may currently be an Assistant Buyer, Assistant Planner, Allocator or a trainee Buyer or Merchandise Planner, or you may work in a retail store and wish to move into the buying office. Alternatively, you may work in a support role in retail, e.g. marketing or supply chain and want to gain a greater understanding and broaden your knowledge of merchandise management.

- Each course contains a blend of video, e-learning, quizzes and activities
- They are modular so you can work at your own pace
- Can be accessed from your laptop, tablet or phone enabling you to learn at a time and place that suits you
