Beverley explains how she aims to bring expert knowledge from the UK, to the ever-changing retail landscape here in Australia.
WHAT WE DO...
We work with our clients in one of three ways: –
We work closely with retail buying departments and their teams to first assess the challenges faced by the business. Once we understand the problems, we use our practical industry knowledge to formulate and implement solutions to improve the success of the team and the profitability of the business.
From our global retail experience and intimate understanding of retail best practice, we have developed training programs to take your teams to the level of skill and motivation needed to achieve a competitive advantage. We can also develop bespoke courses in your language to support your change journey.
Our online Retail Academy provides a range of courses to develop the merchandise planning, buying and negotiation skills of your team. Using a global best practice approach, our online skills training reduces the downtime associated with conventional training and provides a cost-effective solution.
We saw great benefit from the Numensa training for the Nuance Merchandise team, which has greatly impacted on their skills and abilities. Not only was the training a great learning experience for the team during the sessions, the team project work has also created an ongoing environment of learning and a great team building opportunity…Realene Johnson
