What is the assessment centre?

The Numensa team have poured their decades of experience in buying and merchandise planning into developing comprehensive standardised testing for anyone working in merchandise management.

The purpose of the assessments is to benchmark a person’s knowledge and skills against those required at differing job levels.  As we gather more data, we will be able to provide comparative data across the market as a whole.
