Linda is an advocate for developing people and tapping into the best potential. Having spent the last 10-15 years in the fields of Organisational Learning & Development & Human Resources in the Retail industry, her vision is to continue to support individuals, teams and organisations evolve to ultimately achieve performance goals and success. 

In addition to her extensive experience across various organisations, Linda holds an Advanced Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership and uses science backed research and tools to help her clients understand how they can put their best foot forward to achieve results beyond their own belief. 

Linda is enthusiastic and always keen to share how understanding ourselves and others , can make a positive difference to the quality of our daily personal and professional lives. Her facilitation style promotes creating an open and safe space where people can take away what is meaningful and practical for their own future experiences. 

Outside of her focus on helping people achieve their goals, Linda loves to spend time with her family and friends, being beachside, concocting new adventures, and creating memorable life moments.
